Serapias cordigera Heart-flowered Serapias
On a wet day in the hills we found various Serapias species and this one with its distinctive heart shaped labellum was fairly easy to identify.
Taxonomy: All authorities agree that the correct, accepted name for this species is Serapias cordigera L.
