Imperatoria ostruthium Masterwort
One of the commonest plants in this region I. ostruthium formed dense patches of waist high umbellifers in the alpine meadows of the Engadine looking almost like a crop plant. It is found up to 9,000 feet in the Alps, Apennines and Pyrenees.
