Inula conyzae Ploughman's-spikenard C DD N
This is supposed to be a reasonably common plant but even on limestone and in basic dune grassland it is not always easy to find. It is common in England and Wales but populations densities drop off quickly from north of the River Ribble and there is little to be found in Scotland or Ireland.
