Vicia pyrenaica Pyrenean Vetch
This is a mountain plant usually found at heights of between 4,500 and 8,000 feet and is mostly found in Spain and the Pyrenees with a few outposts in mainland France. The leaves are virtually always mucronate (spiked tip) but can be truncate unlike the ones shown here. The stems are often prostrate and the flowers solitary.
