Vicia onobrychioides Sainfoin Vetch
Often this deep blue colour in all its petals, Vicia onobrychioides can also be purple in colour and as above, can have the wings much paler than the standard petals. It is found throughout Spain, southern France and is dotted around in Italy and Greece, Germany and north Africa but the dominant population is in the western Mediterranean.
