Potentilla brauneana Dwarf Cinquefoil
This procumbent plant was found amongst other high alpines like the Trumpet Gentian Gentiana occidentalis on a grassy knoll high in the Pyrenees close to the Spanish border. It will flourish at heights of up to 8,500 feet. It is found in the Pyrenees, the Alps and in the Jura north of Switzerland.
