Oxalis debilis Large-flowered Pink-sorrel DD I
This plant caused us quite a problem with identification since there are some confusing pink sorrels about. It is a South American introduction which has small bulbils clustered around the bottom of the stem.
O. debilis has escaped into the southern English countryside but not often elsewhere. There are only a few sites in Wales, Scotland and Ireland. It is commonest in the Channel Islands and around London.
