One of the many introduced Oxalis species and this one has similarities with O.corniculata (Procumbent Yellow-sorrel) but which I find usually has much darker reddish leaves and deeper yellow flowers.

O. exilis is found throughout England, to a lesser extent in Wales but it is uncommon in Sctland and Ireland.
