Orobanche anatolica
As with most Broomrape (Orobanche) species, colour is not a character which helps identification as many species have this sort of browny-orange coloration. If you can identify it the host plant is a better indicator and this appears to be a Salvia. Amongst others Salvia absconditifolia is a known host for Orobanche anatolica.
Orobanche anatolica is found in Turkey, all of the Caucasus countries, Syria, Iraq and Iran.
