Meconopsis cambrica Welsh Poppy CC DD N
This is a native of southern England and Wales of course but because it is grown so extensively in gardens, is probably naturalised as a garden escape in the north of the country. The yellow specimen is probably a naturalised plant and the orange one definitely is. So perhaps a hunt for a Welsh poppy from Wales is called for.
M. cambrica is found throughout England, Wales and much of Scotland except for the far north. In Ireland it is mostly found in the north.
