Iris pseudopumila Southern Dwarf Iris
This dwarf Iris grew on a stony hillside and in large numbers. The Italians call this Giaggiolo siciliano (Sicilian Iris) as it is common in Sicily and southern Italy but elsewhere it is found only in the Maltese islands and southern Balkans.
