Erigeron uniflorus One-flowered Fleabane
The extremely hairy pedicels and lilac floral rays are characteristic of this Pyrenean Fleabane which was quite common on the slopes of the hills of Andorra. The plant is quite small so that it is not obvious until you are kneeling down.
