Erigeron acris Blue Fleabane C DD N
Usually found in sandy or waste areas, I find it looks grey in summer and can be difficult to see at first but turns much pinker or bluer in the Autumn.
Erigeron acris is a name change from Erigeron acer which appeared in New Flora of the British Isles Edition 3 (2010) by Clive Stace.
Erigeron acris is common in England but records decrease quickly beyond northern England and it is rarely recorded in Scotland. It can be found in central eastern Ireland and north and south Wales.
