Brachypodium retusum Brachypodium retusum

This grass looked very familiar when we saw this excellent specimen and when I found its English name I knew why. It does look very like the familiar False-brome (Brachypodium sylvaticum) which is so common in the UK. The purple flower is Fagonia cretica (Fagonia).
