Bergenia crassifolia Elephant's-ear's DD I
This is a Siberian introduction often grown in gardens because of it pink flowers in very early spring. It doesn't escape very often and is mostly found in England with surprisingly little (considering its origin) in Scotland. There is some in east and north Wales but little in Ireland.
