Zosima orientalis Eastern Zosima
This large umbellifer, a member of the Apiaceae family, is found in Cyprus and more commonly in eastern countries like Turkey and Iran and also the Russian Caucasus. Previously known as Zosima absinthifolia, this was used as a source of herbal medicines for cough and bowel disorders in the near and far east. It can have yellow flowers as well as white and the seeds look a little like Field Pennycress (Thlaspi arvense).
