Veronica arvensis Wall Speedwell CCC DD N
This is one of quite a few Speedwells with very small flowers. The flowers on this were only a few millimetres across and flat on sandy ground. The leaves at the bottom left corner are of Parsley Piert (Aphanes arvensis) the flowers of which are even smaller and indistinct.
Veronica arvensis is found almost everywhere in the British Isles and Ireland from the Channel Island to Shetland.
