Teucrium pyrenaicum Pyrenean Germander
Apart from one or two outliers this plant is mostly found in the mountains of the Pyrenees and Picos de Europea in northern Spain. It grows at altitudes of up to 7,000 feet and tends to be found as procumbent, hairy plants with round clusters of flowers and circular crenate leaves. It is grown throughout Europe by Alpine gardeners and has been used in the past as a cure for stomach ache.
