Tetratheca affinis Endemic
This is a leafless plant with flattened stems providing the area for photosynthesis. With many of the Tetratheca genus, identification requires observation of features other than the flowers so many of which droop like this one and have a similar colour.
Tetratheca affinis is found only in the far south west corner of Australia and was fairly common at sites around the town of Manjimup where my family is based
