Stylidium lineatum Sunny Triggerplant Endemic
This particular plant was just coming into flower (flowering period usually October to November) and so was still quite short when plants can be up to 0.7 metres tall. The spoon shaped rosette of leaves are much shorter and wider than those of Stylidium spathulatum (Creamy Triggerplant) which is a paler yellow and grows roughly in the same area.
Stylidium lineatum, while not threatened, is found in a fairly restricted area from around Perth to south of Margaret River but not far inland
