Scaevola thesioides    Silky Scaevola Endemic

Scaevola thesioides whole Scaevola thesioides close

This was one of those lucky finds as we travelled out of the Fitzgerald River National Park. Lots of pale flowers on the gravel at the road's edge turned out to be blue and obviously Goodeniacea family and probably genus Scaevola. Florabase has this distributed from Perth northwards to near Kalbarri and from east of Albany eastwards to Esperance. It has one or two sites inland but is mostly found fairly near the coast.
