Rorippa palustris Marsh Yellow-cress C DD N
This plant grows to about 50 cm and has short stumpy fruits pointing in all directions around the flowering stem (c.f. R. islandica which has similar fruits just on one side). It is fairly common throughout England, southern Scotland and Ireland but less common in Wales. Despite its name it will grow in merely damp places and doesn't need boggy ground to thrive.
