Ranunculus cadmicus var cyprius Endemic
This endemic buttercup found in the high Troodos mountains of Cyprus can have single or double forms and with a slightly waxy look, the flowers reminds you of an Anemone species. It flowers very early in Spring and was one of the very few plants in flower at this time of year when the snow had only just melted at this height.
