Polygala alpina Alpine Milkwort
This small procumbent plant can be dark blue like this or a lighter colour. The leaves are said to be longer and almost linear compared with other milkworts but to my eyes they look about the same shape. P. alpina will grow at heights of between 5,000 and 10,000 feet usually on basic soils such as limestone areas provide.
