Oxyria digyna Mountain Sorrel
I tend to find this by streams or moving water in the UK and this one seemd to be in a fairly dry rocky place which perhpas is wet for much of the year water tumbles downhill. O. digyna is common throughout Europe and can be found up to 10,000 feet. In this photo the rounder/kident shaped leaves are those of O. digyna.
