Orthrosanthus laxus Morning Iris
This plant is found around the Perth Area and to the south but not so much inland. It has long linear leaves not visble in the photo - much like a small Iris. O. laxus (this is probably var laxus) fades and dies in the afternoon which explains the name: "orthros" = morning, "anthos" = flower from the Greek.
