Lecokia cretica
Looking something like Imperatoria ostruthium (Masterwort), this is a sub montane and montane species of umbellifer which is found in the Eastern Mediterranean countries like Greece (Crete) and Cyprus as well as in western Asia in Jordan and Israel. In Cyprus it can be found in the high parts of the Troodos mountains.
