Helianthemum oelandicum ssp piloselloides Hoary Rockrose RR D N
This plant was easy to find in the limestone pavement right next to the coast road which goes round the Burren. The major distinguishing feature making this sub-species different from the ones on the Great Orme is that the leaves aren't actually hoary at all and are supposed to be larger.
This sub species is only found on the Burren in Ireland.
