Gompholobium ovatum Endemic

Gompholobium ovatum whole Gompholobium ovatum close

Most of the photos you can find of this species are quite similar in colour to the ones here but Florabase says that the flowers can be yellow/orange-red/brown/purple/pink - which is quite a range. The dark coloured, ovate rather fleshy leaves are characteristic. In a clump this is a very attractive plant.

It is mostly recorded form the far south west corner from Bunbury southwards and inland to just beyond Albany with a couple of outliers near Perth.
