Geranium macrorrhizum Rock Crane's-bill C DD I
This perennial plant is an introduction from southern Europe often grown in gardens. It has been naturalised in some places for a long time but the commonest sighting will be because of dumping of garden refuse by the side of the road. This plant was in scrub some way from houses but nearby there were other introduced species such as Senecio inaequidens (Narrow-leaved Ragwort).
It is not uncommon in the south east or north west of England but dotted about elsewhere.
