This site was a guess but turned out to to be quite rich in flowering plants. As we first drove from the airport in Perth to our destination near Manjimup, I spotted the unmistakable clumps of Hibbertia stellaris (Orange Stars) by the side of the South West Highway. Later that month I returned to find about ten species in flower including this colourful member of the Fabaceae.

Eutaxia virgata is found in the coastal plain from around Perth south to Margaret River then around the south coast to around Albany with one marker on Florabase exactly where I found this one growing.
