Euphrasia alpina Alpine Eyebright
This is only a tentative identification because Eyebrights are notoriously hard to identify with certainty. However Euphrasia alpina does grow in these mountains and has purple tinged flowers which look very much like this. The leaves are also very similar to those of E. alpina.
