Eryngium pinnatifidum ssp pinnatifidum Blue Devils Endemic
Growing to easily to 50 cm or in this case, more, in height this native plant can be found in many parts of western Australia. It looks rather un-Australian and at first I assumed it was yet another foreign introduction but it grows from Geraldton to Albany without straying far from the more fertile and wetter coastal areas.
