Echium rosulatum Lax Viper's-bugloss
This upright Viper's Bugloss has only rarely been naturalised in the UK but wasn't uncommon here in Spain. Usually there are three or four stamens sticking out of the flower (exserted) but in this specimen there were one two or three.
