Cynoglossum cherifolium Mediterranean Hound's-tongue
This plant fascinated me once I'd worked out what it was. The colours can be yellow, orange or brick red and the feltiness which is characteristic can be very pronounced as in the plants found at high altitude at El Torcal. The fruits are typical Hound's-tongure shapes but covered in burs or spines in theis species. It probably has no official English name but I found one reference to Mediterranean Hound's-tongue so that will do.
