As passed a roadside verge on the way back to the airport at the end of our Spanish trip, we suddenly saw a verge full of Knapweed type flowers in full bloom. Cyanopsis muricata is the only species in the Cyanopsis genus and as the name suggests is found in North Africa as well as southern Spain.
