Cuscuta campestris Cuscuta campestris

C. campestris is a north American introduction into Europe with yellow stems and flowers and flowers which are half the size of the more usually encountered dodder: Cuscita epithymum. It is often found on cultivated plants but here it swamped a roadside shrub.
