Aeonium glutinosum Viscid Houseleek Endemic
The fleshy leaves and yellow flowers of this quite common plant were evident on rocky outcrops just inland or actually overlooking the sea. There was no consistency in flowering period quoted in a Flora of Madeira as May to September with some in tight bud, some flowers finished and some in full flower. It is also known as Sempervivum glutinosum.
