Pyronia tithonus Gatekeeper or Hedge Brown
This Gatekeeper has mostly the right markings under the hind wing but the two spots which are usually white centred are completely black. However there are one or two photos on the internet with similar colours so this is probably just a normal colour variation rather than a form or sub species.
