Reseda phyteuma Corn Mignonette
The unlobed leaves and frilly looking flowers are what immediately attract the attention of the botanist but characters like the hairiness and the nodding fruit capsule are said to be the defining ones. Reseda phyteuma is a common plant in western and central Mediterranean countries and is dotted in a few places in southern England as an introduced plants.
