Phyteuma spicatum Spiked Rampion
Although there are several species of Phyteuma growing here, this one is quite distinctive with its white spikes. It can be white or blue and is a rare native in Britain found in east Sussex. It occurs in most of Europe including Norway but not in Portugal.
