Limonium binervosum agg. Rock Sea-lavender C DD N
This represents the aggregated Rock Sea-lavenders which perhaps one can attempt to identify. The sub species are very tricky to separate and one usually needs expert local knowledge. There was plenty of this plant on these marshes and it was just coming into flower on one or two plants.
L. binervosum agg. has been recorded mostly from coastal areas as you would expect. It has been found in England, Wales and Ireland but there is little in Scotland.
