Lactuca perennis Mountain Lettuce
Mountain Lettuce or Blue Lettuce is common throughout the mountain regions of Europe. The pinnately lobed leaves and milky juice from the cut stem are characteristic features. It will grow at heights of up to 7,000 feet.
