Isopogon scabriusculus No English name Endemic
This is a shrub which grows up to 2m in height. It is found mostly in the wheatbelt preferring sandy soils. The leaves can be terete (round in cross section) like this one but some sub species (ssp scabriusculus) can also have flat leaves. This one is probably ssp stenophyllus.
