Gastrolobium villosum whole Gastrolobium villosum close Gastrolobium villosum stem

This particular specimen has only just started to flower and was growing very close to the ground in deep shade and no more than about 30 cm in height. The English name refers to the obviously crinkle-edged leaves and the Latin (villosum) to the long shaggy hairs particularly on the calyx.
