Cotoneaster simonsii Himalayan Cotoneaster DD I
This Cotoneaster, introduced from the Himlayas and which has many different vernacular names(e.g. Simon's cotoneaster, Khasia Berry) is an erect species which can grow to 3m or more.
It has succesfully naturalised itself in all parts of the British Isles being found throughout England, very commonly in the south, all of Scotland except the highest peaks, all of Wales and it is common in Ireland too.
