Conostylis aculeata ssp aculeata Prickly Conostylis Endemic
If you look closely you may be able to see the barbs on the leaves which presumably give this plant its common name. It is very common in the far south west corner of western Australia and north up the coastal plain to Shark bay but soon disappears from inland habitats.
