Chorizema dicksonii Yellow-eyed Flame-pea Endemic
Flame peas are not easy because like too many of the genera in Western Australia, many have very similar colours. However in this case we were taken around this Wandoo woodland by a botanical expert who named everything we saw.
Most Chorizema dicksonii species are from around Perth with a few taxa to the north and to the south according to Florabase. The nearest record to this one is at Boyup Brook which is not too far away.
