Arctostaphylos uva-ursi Bearberry
This shrub can be procumbent but can also grow to about 1.5 metres with flowers that look very similar to the smaller Vaccinium vitis-idaea (Cowberry). The very noticeable reticulate (net) veining on the leaves of Arctostaphylos uva-ursi is one of the differences between the two.
