Arabis hirsuta Hairy Rock-cress C DD N
This plant is about 20 to 30 cm tall and is found on basic soils typically limestone country. It is happy to grow on stony ground, on or near rocks and walls and the feature which strikes immediately is that the leaves are hairy and adpressed up the stem.
It is found throughout the British Isles and Ireland with lots of records in country with basic soils.
